Comments: Prestige Brands is one of the largest branded OTC companies in the US with more than 70 product families in the portfolio. In Q4 2025, the company reported revenue of $296.5 million and $1.13 billion in FY 2025. Organic revenue grew 7.9% in Q4 and 1.2% in FY 2025.

“We are very pleased with our fiscal year results, which delivered another year of consistent sales and earnings per share growth,” said Ron Lombardi, chief executive officer of Prestige Consumer Healthcare. “The record fourth quarter sales performance exceeded our expectations, driven by continued international business strength, growth in a wide range of categories and brands in North America, and the success of the eCommerce channel thanks to our long-term investments and broad distribution. The resulting earnings growth translated into strong free cash flow which amplified shareholder returns through a continued disciplined capital allocation approach that included share repurchases, M&A and deleveraging in the fiscal year.”

Prestige Consumer Healthcare Inc. participated in a fireside chat at the Oppenheimer 25th Annual Consumer Growth and E-Commerce Conference virtually on June 11.
